Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to paid Securecloudai Digital courses and cohort engagements confirmed by invoice or written agreement. Informational prices on this website are not themselves purchases.
Refund eligibility
Full refunds are available when you cancel in writing at least 14 days before the published cohort start date and no custom materials have been produced for your organization. Partial refunds may apply when cancellation occurs between 13 and 5 days before start, typically 50% of fees paid, unless a different schedule is stated in your agreement.
Timeframe to request
Submit refund requests within 30 days after the original payment date or before the cohort starts, whichever comes first for pre-start cancellations. Mid-course requests are evaluated case by case.
Conditions for full or partial refund
Full refunds require unused access credentials and no attendance at live sessions. Partial refunds may deduct facilitator preparation already completed for Assurance Studio or Control Tower engagements. We will state the proposed amount before processing.
Non-refundable items
Completed private facilitation days, third-party venue fees passed through at cost, and customized scenario packs already delivered are non-refundable. Digital templates released after Module 1 of a started cohort are likewise non-refundable.
Refund process
Email contact@securecloudai.digital with your invoice number, learner names, and reason for the request. We confirm receipt within two Hong Kong business days and outline next steps.
Processing time and method
Approved refunds are processed within 14 Hong Kong business days to the original payment method where possible. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your institution. We do not issue cash refunds at the office.
Cancellation by Securecloudai Digital
If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to a later date or receive a full refund of fees paid for the cancelled seats.
Exceptions
Serious illness or bereavement documented in writing may qualify for goodwill credits even outside standard windows. Force majeure events may delay sessions without automatic refunds when a makeup date is offered within 90 days.
